Screen shots not clear May 09, 2017 By Kate Jeffrey Hi - me again ;-) I also have problem with my screen shots not being crisp. I am using a Mac and running Parallel desktop with Articulate Storyline 2 installed. I have tried both snagit and the screen capture tool in AS and the image is crisp when I save it but as soon as I put it into Articulate it is fuzzy!! Any ideas? Thanks Kate

Are you resizing the image on the slide? If you want to attach a screenshot of what you're seeing, please feel free!
