What are you experts using to capture high resolution screenshots? We've got a workshop to introduce our learners to a financial tool they'll be using and some of the screenshots are grainy while others are not. What's the best screenshot tool you've used?

SnagIt from TechSmith...great flexibility in capture, decent editing for any post-production/touch-ups.
Hi Megan, I use the snipping tool built into Windows 10 - just search for 'snipping' within Windows and you'l find it - you can save as a PNG.
When I was using a Mac I used the built in snipping tool SHIFT + COMMAND + 4
I second Lee's idea; it's free.
Hi Megan,
I also use Droplr and the built in Mac commands to capture a screenshot (Cmd +Shift +4).
