I have added a scrolling panel with a fairly large amount of text. When I preview it or publish it to CD version, it looks fine. However, when I publish it to Articulate 360 or to LMS, there is a large blank scroll area at the end of the text. I've not been able to find any settings that might control the way that looks and my text box is just the size of the text.
Are you seeing this after you've uploaded the published output to your LMS, or are you viewing the published content locally? Also, are you using a supported browser?
If you don't mind sharing your file, I'd like to take a look at it. You can attach it directly to this discussion thread using the Add Attachment button.
I tried to upload the file but it won't let me post. We are using IE 11 and I saw this when I published to LMS but was viewing the output. I also saw this when I published to Articulate Review.
Thanks for letting us know you're seeing the same issue. It’s definitely helpful to understand how many folks are experiencing this bug and how often they encounter it. That info helps us prioritize our development resources.
As a workaround for now, it looks like this issue doesn't happen in the Flash output or in Chrome, so hopefully one of those options will work for you.
Thanks for that update, Matthieu. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we have more information on this issue.
Also I wanted to mention that responding via email includes your email signature here. No worries on our end—just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t want to share it publicly. :)
Has anyone found a solution for this? I'm having the same issue after I publish for LMS. There are no issues in the Story file and no issues when I Preview or when I view in Articulate Review.
Would it help to put a clickable object at the bottom of the text to move to the next activity? At least that way the learner would know they had reached the end and wouldn't need to scroll down looking for more.

Sorry to hear that you were unable to share the file. You are welcome to share the details/file here.
Thank you, I did that just now.
Thank you Janice - I see your case (01009960) and you should be hearing from someone soon.
Hey Janice - I popped in to check on your case this morning and it appears that Jonathan has had to reach out to the QA Team for further assistance.
Hello. I have exactly the same problem. What should I do, do you have a concrete solution for this problem? Thanks in advance to get in touch with me.

Good idea, Walt - or maybe an "End of content" message since it's on a page with a Next button. Appreciate the response!
