Scrolling Panel Issue

I am developing an emulator of a client based website. Now since it's a website, we wanted to give same experience to users with scrolling panel on Storyline. We fitted the screenshots in the panel and it worked flawless. We hit a snag when we had to insert the hotspots and other shapes for the tutelage and though the scrolling panel changes the screenshots flawlessly, the other shapes including hotspots stay static at one place. They don't change their place even if we the screenshots does. Any ideas / workarounds on this issue.

I suspect that the hotspot is not in the scrolling panel. If the hotspot is actually in the panel, it will move up and down as the user scrolls. They can be a bit tricky, but I would move the hotspot so it's outside the panel, then move it back over the panel - that should drop it in.

It's funny how easy it was to miss, previously I just placed the objects, didn't think if it was nested or not?
