Is it possible to archive decorative/non-meaningful images?
I would like to archive logo images in the header of the slide. Does this require using the master slide to archive the images? Or does locking the images create an archived image?
I'm not sure what you mean by archive - but if you don't want them to appear, you'll want to remove them from the slide or use the eye icon to hide them completely.
I attached a screenshot of what I would like to archive.
The images that I would like to archive are logos and a character that I used in the course.
When I use the keyboard to tab through the course, the DHS/FEMA logo and color blocks at the top of the screen each are selected individuals as well as the title.
Also the character, Atsumi, is selected when tabbing through, I would like to have her image archived so that she does not come up in the tab order and would not require alt text.
You can change it so that the items are not accessible to screen readers and I think that would fit for what you're looking to do. You'll want to look at the Size and position window for items on the slide, and for items on your player you can set it up to skip them in the navigation.

Would using a master slide resolve this issue?
I think I used a master slide for the DHS/FEMA logo on the background.
