I think you have used the recent updated version of the articulate storyline?
Can you tell me which version of articulate story line did you try to publish?
I tried to install the recent version update 3 (May 21st 2013).. This version supports and resolves my problem.
Could you help me with the other slide to remove the default zero value in the number entry field?
Thanks,
Vijay
Hi Vijay!
Yes, my published course was indeed published using our latest update, Update 3.
As for the "0" which appears in the numeric entry box, I'm afraid I'm not aware of any way to remove it. Please feel free to file a feature request for that.
I've one more discussion about the Full Screen to show the lesson in the ipad (html5).
I've modified the player.css file to increase the font size and also modified the story size, but when i do this..It works fine in the ipad safari browser full screen ,but in the web (pc), it shows the scroll bar and not easy to view the lesson.
As I suspected, it's been sent to our QA team for testing, because it appears HTML5 isn't respecting your line breaks in the drag and drop. I'm hopeful they will find a solution in a future update.
As for modifying the player.css file, I'm afraid I don't have any experience with that, and would encourage you to start a new thread so any members who have might be able to help.
Your words are really encouraging. I love to support the Articulate story line version and i would help as much as possible for the Articulate team to improve the product and fix the issues in the future updates, that way many of the user can make use of it.
I can also be in the QC team (externally) from outside for articulate story line
Thanks so much for your kind words and willingness to help. I also see that you started a new thread for the player.css question, so I hope you find some luck working with that.

Hi Vijay,
I'm not seeing the alignment issue you mentioned when I view the course on my iPad.
Can you specify exactly what you're seeing? Here's my published version.
Thanks!

Hi Peter,
I have another slide with "Matching Drag and Drop" type quiz slide.
When i view the slide in web browser, it looks
4.21 cm
4.21 cm 4.22cm 4.25cm
It is in the same line.
I cannot edit the Match drag and drop boxes font size and the text over flows and shows out of the box.
Please refer the attachment and thanks in advance.
regards,
Vijay

Hi Vijay,
Unfortunately, I'm getting the same results as you when publishing to HTML5 and viewing on iPad. It appears it may be a bug.
Would you please go ahead and open a ticket, including the .story file, so our tech team can take a closer look and work with you on a resolution?
Thanks, Vijay!
Hi Peter,
I tried another drag and drop matching quiz..which looks bad in both the web and ipad..the drag and drop isn't working for me.
Please see the attachment.
I have opened a ticket and let me share if there is any news from the engineers.
Thanks in advance
Vijay
Hi Vijay,
Mind sharing the case number so I can take a look? Not seeing it with a quick search...
Thanks!
