Unfortunately, you will not be able to adjust the alignment of your screen recordings--they will be centered automatically. Try Mode will act like a background, and you can only move the hotspots. Please check out this tutorial for further information.

After much fiddling, I think I can reach my same goal with by manipulating the recording frame.
