Skills courses for uber-intelligent research geeks and geekesses.

Just posting for interests sake, as my hands may be tied on this one.... 

I have an opportunity to produce some "skills" type courses for what are possibly some of the most intelligent "scientific" type people in the UK.

What could possibly go wrong 'eh?!!

Any thoughts or ideas?

As I mentioned, my hands may be tied for a number of reasons - but I thought it would be fun to ask around!
