So when using sliders, if you create 1 on one slide but then duplicate the slide, it always creates a NEW VARIABLE. Is there a way to prevent this behavior? If you use the slider variable a lot, it becomes quite cumbersome to have to update that variable on every duplicated slide.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing. I'd love to understand a bit more about your design. You mention that you have a slide with 40 variables and it sounds like duplicating is not the behavior you would like to see, but how does starting with a new slide work for you?

I don't think so Anthony - each new instance of a slider auto creates it's own variable.
I would love it of you were prompted to reuse or create a new variable
Hello,
I have the same problem. Each time Slide is duplicated, a new variable is created.
In my slide I have 40 variables, I'll let you imagine.
Do you have a solution ?
