Start course at particular date and time?

I'm doing some testing with loading webcasts into our LMS as SCORM packages. I will have a live or pre-recorded video stream embedded into my Storyline project. I would like the course to start only at a particular time, and I think I can do this with javascript calls to my embedded video, to make the video start playing.
Has anyone done something like this before? How did you get the current date/time?
I don't want this to be dependent on the local date/time, which could be altered, but get the date/time from a server online.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Mike

Hi Mike! I hope that someone in the community will be able to assist you. I was gonna share a thread with you where a user asked about this recently, but it was you :) So for anyone that runs across this thread, here's where Mike got this concept sorted initially.
Yes, that's a little different than what we're trying to do now. In that instance, the video stream provider is starting the stream. Our current provider doesn't have that capability, so I'd like to see if I can have Storyline start playing the video at a particular date/time. I think I just need some sample code that will grab the current date/time from an Internet server and then set off a SL trigger. Thanks.
Interesting. I look forward to responses you may receive. I'm not sure that I've seen something like that shared before :) Thanks for the update Mike.
It looks like this can probably be done fairly easily, if one has javascript programming skills. Unfortunately, I do not, and I don't have the time to learn right now, so I'm going to back to the Ustream method. :)
Thanks for your input Leslie.
No worries Mike! JavaScript is not in my skillset either.
