I'm testing a course, on the iPad in Scorm Cloud, see link below. On the Road Hazards slide (under Driving Risks), the images are not changing states, once clicked on. This is causing the user to not be able to advance, since the slide is gated. This works fine for a laptop or desktop.
Hi, Melissa -- Thank you for sharing the SCORM link for your course. I was able to run a side-by-side test on my desktop in Chrome (Version 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit), and also on my iPad Air 2, Version 8.4, and when I reached the On the Road Hazards slide (under Driving Risks), both instances seem to perform identically for me.
Could you please share your .story file so we might be able to take a closer look for you? After I published and tested your file in the SCORM Cloud on my iPad, I encountered the same issue you did, where the state did not change on Slide 4.6. Unfortunately, I was not able to determine the root of the issue, however, I have taken the liberty of submitting a case for you (00642222) with our Support Engineers. You should be receiving an email shortly, sent to the email address we have on file for you in our Support system.
So sorry to hear, Melissa, and I am seeing the issue you are referring to, as well. I see that you are working with Robert on our Support Staff, so hopefully he will be able to provide a bit more insight as to why this is occurring.
