Storyline 2: Editing Feedback Layers

That is correct. I do not know how to edit the actual feedback box. The content on the box I can work out, but the feature in Storyline 1 doesn't seem to be there.

have you gone to the View menu > Feedback master slides?

or the Correct / Incorrect layers in the slide panel. 

I'm not sure what you are trying to edit.  Do you want to put up a screenshot?

I totally understand your problem. What you can do for now is to edit your feedback master and make a smaller box. Copy that box and paste it to your quiz and customize it. So this workaround is covering the default feedback box.

What if the default feedback box doesn't accommodate the text and need a bigger box?
In Storyline 1, there is an option where you can choose feedback box in a different size.

I'm still having this issue.

I would make a custom feedback master slide with a 'bigger feedback box' - see attached screenshot.

Then when you select the correct and incorrect layers go to the Home tab > Layout option and choose the bigger one (in my shot the orange one)

PERFECT!

I didn't see that tricky Layout button.

I just learned something new today.
