After the latest update for Storyline, it appeared some techncial issue s including some texts (Chinese text) i.e. On screen/Caption was disappeared after published.
Could you clarify if you encountered an issues with your captions after updating Storyline 3, or were previous issues/fixed after you updated?
If you experienced new issues after updating, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
