I created a training using Storyline. I published the training in a video format with dimensions of 720p HD. I was reviewing the project today and it appears the resource tab that I included in my training no longer shows in the published version. Does this tab not come over when publishing in video format?

When you publish to .mp4 you're going to get the .mp4 video which doesn't require a player and because of video is not interactive.
The resource tab is part of the player that plays the storyline content.
