Hi Peggy - Great question. I've seen a few things not save in the past but never captions. My workflow employs external workflows. You might try Sonix.ai to automate your first sweep of captioning. It does a pretty good job and the editor is snazzy for cleaning up your captions. Once that's done, export an srt file and you have something that you can import directly into Storyline.
