I understand SL 1 & 2 had issues with Tin Can reporting consistently. My team is having those issues with SL 360. When some users fail and use the "retry quiz" button, the quiz resets correctly, students pass and complete the course but the pass results are not handed off to the lms therefor the course will not mark complete. Of course, our LMS provider says it's an Articulate issue. Anyone else experience this or have a workaround? We are finding the attached errors for those users having the issue.

It's inconsistent. We provide learning to locations all over the country with different network/computer/browser configurations.
Yes, we can replicate in SCORM Cloud. We publish to the default Storyline Tin Can output settings.
Thanks Jim! Since you can replicate in SCORM Cloud, we know it's not just your LMS.
Can we take a look at your .story file and do some testing? If you can share some pointers on replicating the behavior, that'd be helpful as well.
