Storyline 360 Translation - without changing code examples?

There was a recent request to translate several courses to multiple languages. After reviewing the article https://community.articulate.com/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-translate-content, I performed a test where I took the following steps.
- Storyline > File > Translation > Export to Word
(save the .doc word file to .docx) - Word > Review > Translate > Translate document (use Word 365 to perform the text translation)
(save the .docx back to .doc) - Storyline > File > Translation > Import (import the translated Word file back into Storyline)
We write technical training, and our courses include code examples. Is there a way to tag the code snippets, so that they are not translated?

Hi Peggy
The word file is in table format with 3 columns. Simply highlight the cell in the middle one and inform the translator to don't translate the highlighted text.

Thanks for the quick response! When I created the Word file, from Storyline, I cleared the Include "Original Text" column for reference flag. So, I don't have a middle column. I will try again with your suggestion.
