I need to find out how my learners in 200+ locations can view this course without the Articulate Mobile Player app on their iPads. The iPads are locked down tight for security, so they cannot download it. Is Storyline useless on the iPad without this app?
I have to find a work-around fast! This is a compliance course that must be completed very soon. I didn't have this problem with the test course I made and published before we purchased Storyline.
I'm still here. :) Gem, when I publish content, I un-check the Articulate Mobile App check box and it works perfectly. :) I've attached a screenshot of the publish box showing the "Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android" box unchecked.
Oops... that was fast! Thanks! I also inquired about when pubbed exclusively as HTML5 potential issues with voiceover not synching with animations in the player.
I'm just now starting to work with voice-overs so I'm not sure about that. In the past, I've just had voice in the video I record. I use Adobe Premier Pro for my voice-overs and so far, haven't had any issues reported to me. :)

Here is some info on how to publishHTML5 content for use with/without the Player App. Here is a comparison between Flash, HTML5 and Player App.
Thank you!! :)
Glad that Michael was able to assist you here Teresa :)
Teresa,
Did your workaround work for you? What exactly did you do that worked it out if it did work?
Thanks,
Hi Gem!
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure if Teresa is still subscribed.
Did you check out the information that Michael shared above in regards to publishing to HTML5 vs the Articulate Mobile Player?
