Storyline Crashing

I have been experiencing storyline crashes for several weeks now. Storyline (the latest build) will crash when, after leaving my desk or working with another program for 1/2 hour, I will click on the Storyline screen and receive a Windows error message saying that the program must close. It does not close under any other circumstance. I am working in Windows 7 and will often have 5 to 8 programs open at a time; Word, Photoshop, Outlook, AutoDesk Architecture, Acrobat, Skype, PowerPoint, etc. Nothing else crashes; just Storyline.
Suggestions?

how much ram and is Win x32 or x64?
Also make sure your box is up to date. Especially with .Net

Windows 7 64 bit
12 GB installed memory.
System is updated regularly. No Windows updates are indicated as being available.

First, please make sure that you have Storyline installed locally and that you're working with local project files:
