I published storyline with the HTML5 option and uploaded it to Moodle. However, I wasn't able to play it properly on the iphone. Am I doing something wrong or is Moodle not capable of playing it?
What specifically is not playing properly for you? In general, courses should function OK in Moodle, other than tracking, but there are some inherit limitations when publishing to HTML5 which you can learn more about here.
Thanks for getting back to me. I published my sample course with the HTML5 option and then zipped it like usual. Then I uploaded the SCORM file in Moodle. But, it wouldn't play on a iPhone.
Was I supposed to zipped certain files and not others?
This tutorial describes how to publish a Storyline course for HTML5 distribution and includes several frequently asked questions regarding mobile deployment.
Something else you may want to check off the list of possible issues, is that Storyline's HTML5 output doesn't load as expected in Safari if the Private Browsing feature is enabled. This is a known issue. To correct it, turn off Private Browsing while you're viewing your Storyline content. Here's how.
Thanks for the helpful resource. I just took a look.
Just to verify, after ticking on the boxes related to HTML and IPad, I just need to publish, zip, and upload to moodle, right? I don't have an ipad or an iphone so I can't test it right now. I have to wait until I meet a friend who has one.
HTML5 on the ipad is a moving target right now. Don't expect good playback if either are in your course. The best option will be to have content viewed in the articulate ipad player.

Do your courses have any video or audio?
