Storyline menus blank and/or unresponsive

I've installed Storyline through the A360 desktop client and when I open any existing project or start a blank new one, I cannot click on any sub-menu items. As you can see in the screenshots, in some cases the menus are out of alignment, missing the options entirely, or in the case of the Preview drop down, unable to be clicked (when I mouse over/click them it does not do anything).

This is a fresh install on this computer. I have worked with our IT dept to troubleshoot (uninstall/reinstall, reboot, etc.) to no avail. Any thoughts on this? I thought it might be a resolution issue but a.) I can't find any documentation on that and b.) I can't access the menus within Storyline to change any setting there.

Hi Jonathan!

It sounds like some menu elements in your Storyline 360 course are not accessible or displayed properly.

Great call on opening a support case! I see my colleague Dexter has picked it up and replied to your e-mail with some feedback and troubleshooting steps you can take. I would suggest giving those a shot to see if it improves the behavior.
