Storyline not preserving transparency in PNGs

I'm really struggling importing PNGs with transparency into storyline.

I use a lot of illustrator to make custom images/illustrations/icons etc, but when I import into storyline they all lose transparency.

I've tried using the set background colour tool, but it doesn't work very well and removes colours from areas that I want left alone.

Does anyone have a good work around for this?

Hi Matthew,

Yeah I remember a few months ago that seemed to work, but it doesn't seem to anymore. The other thing that used to work was copy pasting from illustrator, but that also loses transparency now :/

Hi Alex,

Let us know how it goes after you test using the latest update (Build 3.18.16449.0 of Storyline 360) and if you're still stuck can you share a copy of the image file here with us?
