Storyline- Oracle & AICC

Hello, I've been asked to supply a test course for a client who uses Oracle, and the requirement is for tracking to be completed using AICC.
Following the steps in the following link, I tested successfully in SCORM Cloud. http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-test-aicc-content-in-scorm-cloud-sl1
However, when sent to the client, tracking didn't appear to work. I re-published & sent over without amending the configuration.js file, and this time the module did not run at all.
Can anyone help with recommended settings for Oracle & AICC? index_lms.html is the correct reference, according to the client.

Hi Matthew,
I don't know about any specific Oracle settings, but I know a common issue with AICC is hosting in a cross domain environment and if that matches your situation you may want to take a look at the information here.
