Storyline Quits Unexpectedly
Sep 22, 2017
I'm at my wits end, every time I'm working on a project Storyline is quitting unexpectedly and closes automatically. This happens about every 5-10 minutes and I can find no rhyme or reason to it. It doesn't seem to correlate to task I'm doing or anything else. I've lost work because even though it recovers the project it never recovers everything I was working on. While losing only 5-10 minutes of work may seem trivial when it happens 10+ times per day it adds up, along with my frustration. As per a previous thread, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline, restarted the workstation. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this issue???

Hi Kathryn
You don't say what troubleshooting you've already done so here are a few tips:
I’m running Storyline on my C drive, not a USB or External. I will close out other program, but I doubt that is the issue because it is a new issue and not much has changed. I used to be able to have more than on project open at a time along with my MS Outlook and Skype and did not encounter this issue. I have run an anti-virus and malware scan to see I had picked something up, but both of those came back clear.
