Storyline Videos

Hello,
Since we updated from Storyline 1 to Storyline 2, we have been having a problem with videos run through the system. This could be screen recordings, or any video which we upload.
I have attached an image to show the problem. So far we have ensured our browsers and version of Flash player is completely up to date.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello Chris,
Are you testing these files in their intended environment? Testing content locally can have issues due to security settings in your browsers.

We have the courses saved on our computers drive (C) and publish them to our LMS to test. the green screen also appears when we preview it directly in Storyline. It worked fine in Storyline 1, something just seems to have happened during the upgrade!

Do you have a file you could share here? Also, have you tried re inserting the videos into the file, and see if this helps?
I think I might have sorted it! It looks like an issue with the version of Flash we had installed on the computer. Since updating it to Flash V.16 the videos are running perfectly.
