To the best of my knowledge, custom skins that work with Presenter cannot be imported into Storyline and whilst a SDK (Software Developers Kit) isn't yet available for Storyline, the player can be customised beyond the default using the following job aid.

Studio Skins are not and I supspect will never be compatible with Storyline.
The Storyline Player will have an SDK to develop skins in the future
