Success Factors/Pleateau iPad not scoring complete

Anyone have success getting Storyline content to report score to Success Factors/Pleateau on an iPad?
I have not been able to get this working.
- We host content externally to cloud based LMS
- We direct mobile users to the index_lms_html5.html file on content server

If Storyline is set to report Passed/Incomplete w/ quiz score:
- When flash content is viewed on IE9 it reports complete with score
- When html5 content is viewed on iPad or chrome - it does not mark complete or score in LMS - It appears that content published with complete/incomplete based on slides viewed works on iPad
Really want to solve this

Hi Alexander,
Have you reviewed this blog post on troubleshooting common LMS issues? I haven't heard of a tracking problem specific to the iPad, but I'd also suggest loading your course up to SCORM Cloud to see if you're able to replicate the same issues within the iPad? If not, I'd share the results with your Success Factors/Plateau team. If you are able to replicate the behavior, are you able to share the .story file with our team here?
We've actually submitted file to support and they tested it OK in SCORM CLOUD
Submitted to SF team as well
Also, as mentioned the flash version works fine - it's only the HTML5 that won't track - whether viewed on iPad or in Chrome with flash disabled.
I will look into the ASP/PHP patch in the article as a possible solution.
Just hoping someone on the forum had encountered and solved same issue.

Alexander - were you able to come to a resolution to the issue?
I had been having success from an iPadf for the past year but now since I installed Update 5, I've had issues with quizzes not working correctly from an iPad as well.
I submitted my project to support but was hoping maybe you have some insights?

We are also facing the same issue like Alexandre, the Studio 13 published courses are not working properly on iPad with iOS 8 version. Please let me know if there is any workaround so that t he courses should work fine from the LMS.

Have you tested the course at SCORM Cloud as well? It's an industry standard for testing SCORM content. I see the following issue with videos in iOS8 and Studio 13, but not another issue about it just not working. Could you tell us more about what's occuring?

Thanks for your response, the issue seems to be resolved for IOS8.1.
I republished the course using new new update [Update 4 (1409.422)] released by Articulate.
