We have developed the course in Storyline2,(Update 11: 1609.3020). In this course we have superscripts and linespaces. Those are working fine in Html output but not working in Html5 output. Here is what happens:
Yes, we are aware of both #1 and #2. I am not seeing #3 happen in my sample:

I do know that our HTML5 code was basically re-written with Articulate 360. I upgraded my same test file and this is the HTML5 output there:

In Articulate 360 there is no issue. In SL2 only we are facing such issues.
I understand Vijay. Thanks for confirming as well. As I mentioned, we do have your 1st and 2nd point reported and documented.
If you have a test file that demonstrates your 3rd point:
I would like to take a look. That was something I could not replicate (see 1st image) and we do not have reported.
