I want to create an animation in Storyline where a teacher will be writing something on blackboard with a chalk.I want to sync the hand (holding the chalk) movement with text displayed on board.I want to display word by word as if she is writing something.Is it possible to do in Storyline 2?

Word by word display/animation is not an option in Storyline - you can read about the animation options available as described here.
Hopefully others in the community will be able to chime in with additional ideas and suggestions - maybe it's something you could create in Flash?
