Hi Martin, you can exclude on screen objects (images, videos, shapes, text) by turning off the Alt tab object accessibility option.
You access this option by right clicking on each object , selecting Size and Position > Alt Text and then disabling the option as shown in the attached image. You have to do this for each object as there is no way to set it universally and there is no way to control the tab order for the player objects like the menu/ recourses, nav buttons etc.
