I've noticed that when I copy a text entry box from one slide or project to another, the behavior changes when I click the box. Specifically, when selecting the original box, the default text is highlighted and replaced by my entry as soon as I begin typing. On the copied version, my cursor appears where I click (which might be in the middle of the default text) and I have to backspace &/or delete the default text so I can enter the new text. Â Annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting I am missing?
It is really more an annoyance than anything. The work around I use for now is to change the variable to a blank/null value on hover if the current text is equal to the default text.
