Text Entry Input Object and Ipad

Articulate Storyline 360, iPad (iOS 10.2.1), SCORM 1.2 output file:
I have a few text entry interactive objects that when users enter data it sets a variable to the entered value. Everything works fine in LMS, SCORM Cloud, Preview on PC...but when I open on iPads (tried on two different devices) and select the first text entry object, the keyboard displays but none of the characters entered appear on screen, nor are they set into the variable. Using keyboard onscreen or physical keyboard I can toggle between two text entry fields on the same screen but cannot enter data into either. Anyone have any idea? I'm in a highly regulated industry and cannot share my .story file but will gladly try good suggestions. Help! :)

Hey there Tim,
Thanks for including all of those details. I created a rough sample of a text entry here using Storyline 360 and SCORM 1.2, and it seems to work as expected in iPad iOS 10.2. Would you mind testing that link on your end to let me know if it works for you, as well?
I know you mentioned you cannot share your file publicly in the forums, but if you are able to share it privately here, our Support Engineers can do some further investigation. They're happy to sign an NDA, if you wish.
