Text is not appearing clear look fragmented in output

Hi,
In my output content the text is not appearing clear, Seems to be fragmented. I tried various fonts but it appears the same.
For the settings I have given image setting and Video setting I have given 100%.
I want the appearance to be clear and easily readable.
Please let me know if how to proceed on this.
