I am trying to use the HEROTRANSLATE app to translate a Storyline 3 course. It works pretty good but I can't get the "Terminology" part to work properly. I have created a CVS file as recommended but it does not work. Any suggestions
May I ask if you could elaborate on which section of your course is not translating properly? Is this the Glossary section of your course in the Player? This would help us provide the best next steps here!
I reached out to Thor and we discovered what I was doing wrong. The program now works flawlessly to translate my course. The main issue was the use of an "apostrophe". It turns out there are two types that are in use (technically called standard and smart). they must be the same in your terminology file and your Storyline file. Ask Thor for more details.
