Translation Issues - Korean

I'm having trouble with importing Korean translations - I've followed guidance for naming the documents, have the doc and the .story file saved on my hard drive and not a cloud, updated the font in the document just in case, etc, but when I "successfully" import, everything is a box with no text in it. I'm working with Storyline v3.42.22734.0 

Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I'm missing on my end?

Hi Ann,

Thanks for reaching out! I did recently spot a similar issue where a customer was using the Poppins font and ran into rendering issues. 

Can you confirm what font you're using and whether switching to another style, such as Arial, helps? Our Support team would also be happy to help test your file and provide next steps!
