Trigger refusing to work

Hi-

I have a very simple slide where the user chooses a topic by selecting the monitor they want to look at. The monitors are a mixture of text box and images grouped together. I have set triggers to both groups to go to a specific slide when clicked by user. Monitor 1 grouping works fine when clicked but I cannot get the Monitor 2 grouping to work when clicked. I have edited it every way I know how (including creating a hotspot over it) and still nothing is happening. I rearranged the images and text in the timeline, still nothing. It's like there is a dead spot there and it refuses to link.

Any one else encounter this?

Sounds like you may have done this already but check to see if there is something sitting on top of the Monitor 2 image. If that is not the issue then can you upload your .story file here so we can take a look (or just the offending slide if you don't want to upload the entire file)

Thank you for your response. I was able to get it to work but pulling the slide back into the slide that the monitors are in. I was hoping to have Monitor 2 link to a new scene but the trigger just wouldn't do it.

Hmm, you should be able to link to a slide in a new scene. How were you previewing your project? If you were just previewing the slide or the scene you were currently in and not the entire project then it would appear that the link was not working.
