I added a trigger to exit a course. First I tried to make that trigger a url to a specific website. When that didn't work, I changed it to just exit the course. Neither work in preview or the published versions. All other triggers in the course are working properly. Any ideas greatly appreciated!
Thanks for the file! However, it looks like you attached the published output files. I'm afraid I can't see how the actual triggers and course are set up with those files.
Can you try posting the single .STORY file for the project, please?
After testing the file, it looks like this is working in preview and after publishing. I think the problem may be that you're viewing the published output files locally. Is that the case?
If so, you might want to try uploading the project to a web server or LMS before testing this feature. If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:

Hi Christine!
Here is the .STORY file, thank you for taking a look at this for me! It does seem to work in preview, but definitely not in the published.
Hi Sally!
Thanks very much for the file :) However, I was under the impression this wasn't working for you in preview.
I published and uploaded the course for testing:
