Trouble Completing

Hi Experts!! I developed some training and uploaded it to our LMS. I must have missed something within the training, because even though I have an "Exit" button on the last slide, people aren't getting credited as completing the course. I tested it myself and although I did complete the training, the status is set at "in progress". My LMS representative says that it is something in the training module and not on their end.
Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

In the SL Publish to LM Reporting and Tracking Options - have you got the correct setting there for your LMS?

You may also want to test your course on the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing content, to see how it behaves there. Then you could look into the options in the article Wendy posted above.
