When I try to install the new Storyline update (which I downloaded from the site this morning), I get an error message that says "It appears you have Articulate Storyline running. Make sure Articulate Storyline is closed, then run this install again."
I don't have Storyline open, and I have even re-started my computer a few times to try to refresh it, but still can't seem to get it to install. Any suggestions?

If you're having difficulty installing Storyline following these directions (you'll need administrative privileges to install), I'd suggest conducting a repair of the supporting Microsoft software as well.
