I have several videos (engage interactions) in my course and I have set a trigger to advance the slide "when media completes". However, once published, if the user pauses the video at any time, the slide will automatically advance after the "timeline" of the video completes, regardless of whether or not the video has actually finished. Has anyone else had a similar problem and have some advice for me?
Welcome to Heroes. Web objects are independent of Storyline content. When you insert an Engage Interaction, it is treated as a web object. That's why your trigger for when media completes doesn't work. Check out this thread for more information.

Thanks Adrian,
Is there a file format that I can use instead that would register as "media" instead of a web object? I tried the flv files with the same result.
Hi Josh,
All video in Storyline is .mp4. That includes screencasts. The media completes trigger will see that.

Are you looking at having these courses available for mobile devices like the iPad?
