I am building a course on customer service, and I have multiple sections based on specific divisions of our department. When I look at the sections in story mode, they are separated like this:
But when I preview the course, in the player these two sections get merged together like this:
They don't look merged to me. Note everything on your second screenshot is part of scene 8 with the exception of the last item, Public Records Interaction, which is it's own section. Check the menu options in your Player and you should be able to modify things as needed:
Thanks, I was able to reorganize the listing in the menu. I noticed that there were also some slides missing in the list that I re-added, any idea why or how that happens? Is it from copying or duplicating slides? Just curious for future courses so I can get it right the first time.
I believe it does have to do with duplicating slides, but I've never really tested it. I always finalize my menu once everything is finished, so I've never kept track of why some make it in autoamatically and others don't.

If you remove a slide from the menu and the duplicate it, it remains deleted from the menu
