If it was the same file, to help us narrow down that it's not an LMS issue I'd also suggest testing the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM Content. If you see the same behavior there, we'll want to take a look at the .story file.

You mentioned that you're using a new LMS, but is this the same file that you previously loading into your old LMS? First, I'd suggest checking into the general system requirements here for viewing Storyline content.
