Use of Scrolling Panel with Mutiple Choice Slide

First Time Storyline 360 user seeking help designing an online training module for my consultancy project. 

Specifically, I am trying to setup a quiz using the multiple-choice slide.  I would like to show an image and then have the learner pick the best response from a multiple-choice question.  I would like to display both the image and the questions on the same slide using a scrolling panel but do not know how to set it up.  

Can someone please help me?
