I had an unusual thing occur with one of my courses. Users reported not being able to read some of the slides particularly the quizzing slides because letters or words were "missing". It seems to occur for some on multiple browsers and for some only in Internet Explorer. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?
Thanks for the screenshots. We'll definitely want to take a look at your .story file. Are you able to share it here with us - you can upload it using the "add attachment" button at the bottom of the reply window.
I think it is possible that there are browser settings or Java issues interfering because each person has been able to finally view in either Firefox or Chrome but they are still experiencing issues in Internet Explorer (11).
Thanks for the file - I know IE has had some difficulty with showing the content in the past, but it should be resolved also by using the latest updates of Storyline 1 Update 10. I published it and uploaded here and everything looked pretty normal to me in IE11 and Chrome - want to give it a look?
Thank you, Ashley. I will make sure I update appropriately to prevent issues in the future. (Of course, half of the problem was that I did not have issues in any browser so I could not recreate the problem.).

Often the case - no worries Robin, and glad I could help.
