Video hangs and crashes on layers in IE

I'm thinking perhaps I've overloaded a slide or something. When the course loads in Chrome, I don't have any problems with the videos rendering, but the video quality does look fuzzy.
Now when it's run in IE, the video crashes and hangs. I've uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud and there appears to be no issues with it there.
I've tried searching through the forums but keyword searches seems to have broken (or maybe it's just not working in Chrome) so I apologize if this has been covered before.

Could it be the version of IE that you are using?
I'm not a techie so don't quote me (lol), but we have had problems with running published content on V7 or below, so may be worth looking at.
:o)
Hi Holly,
When you test it at SCORM Cloud and IE everything works as expected? You may also want to check in with your LMS to see if there are version of IE that they don't support and I'd share the SCORM Cloud results with them as well. For a reminder of our support browsers the viewing requirements for Storyline content are detailed at the bottom of this article.
Thanks Nadia and Ashley, I did check with our LMS and they said to run IE in compatibility view. I am noticing that the video is grainy, I thought it was due to scaling initially so I republished the videos to be more accurate to the recording dimensions.
Now they're still fuzzy, so I think the encoding may be affecting them more than I thought it would.
There is some overall compression that will occur with your videos as described here, so you may want to use a method such as this one to replace the videos in the published output with the original:
