Video MP4 won't play in course

I have built a course for a client and when I uploaded the web output file to our company server, the link works just fine - all sections play correctly. I have sent the same output folder to our client and had them upload the same content to their server. They have pointed a link on their to the "story.html" file. When I view their content, many of the mp4 files are missing from sections within the course. They have verified all 115 mp4 are uploaded, but some of the content will not show on their uploaded course. Any advice on why these videos will not play?

Hi Rachel!
If MP4 videos don't display when your Articulate content is hosted on a server, it's likely that the server isn't configured to play these files. See this article for more information.
I have just confirmed that their server supports mp4s. Any other ideas?
Hi Rachel,
You may want to review the other items here for why videos may not play in the content. Also you mentioned they used the story.html link - but they'll need to upload the entire contents of the published output.
You could use your browser's debug tools to inspect the network traffic (easier than it sounds) and see if there are errors loading those MP4s.
