Videos and Publishing to CD

I have a story that contains multiple WMV videos. The introduction video is 2.5 minutes long and includes elements overlaid on top of the video, i.e. shapes & text boxes. The other two videos within the course do not have any elements overlaid on top of them.
When I publish the course to Web, LMS or Review, everything plays fine. However, when I publish the course to CD, the introduction video does not play and only the elements pop up on the screen. The other videos in the course play fine.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, are there any workarounds? Is there something within the settings when publishing to CD that is causing this?

Does the problem persist if the videos are converted to the more universally viewable MPEG-4 (MP4) format?

Sorry to hear the intro video is not working correctly. Are you publishing to your local hard drive before burning onto a CD?
