I have had an issue with a video not playing in HTML5. The first frame will be there, and the scrub bar will be advancing, but the video and its audio never play. Clicking reload doesn't fix the issue. It works properly if you exit and re-enter the course. It doesn't happen all the time. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?
