I have created a Storyline slide with tab interactions, and interactive markers for other users to review as a quick reference guide. The other users do not have Articulate Storyline installed on their workstations. Is there a way the other users can view the slide along with the interactions if they do not have Articulate Storyline 2 installed on their workstations? Thanks.

Publish your content, upload it to some server (or an alternative like DropBox, GoogleDrive or TempShare) and send users the URL.

You could also publish for CD/local and then send the users the zipped output as described here.
