Why is the background template not appearing in the story_html5 af

Hi Hear's,

I have developed a presentation for learning purpose in Articulate Storyline. However, after I publish, the output in story_html5 does not display the background images.

Please note it is fine in story.html.Would be grateful if someone can give me the reason as to why this is not appearing and a solution on how to enable this.

Can anybody help me out on how to get this right. A screenshot will be great to help me with this problem.

I have included a screenshot of the persisting problem.

Hi palani,

logo and Background should work in html5 output.please confirm which browser are you using.

Hi Sinchu,

I have problem in both browser, chrome and Mozilla. I am not sure about safari browser.
